秸秆还田对冬小麦根际土壤酶活性及产量的影响 被引量:14

摘要 在大田条件下,以冬小麦品种百农矮抗58为试验材料,研究了不同耕作条件下秸秆还田对其根际土壤酶活性及产量的影响。结果表明,随着生育进程的推进,根际土壤酶活性呈先升高后降低的趋势,其中以开花期较高。不同处理根际土壤活性和小麦产量均表现为玉米秸秆还田翻耕>玉米秸秆还田旋耕>玉米秸秆清除旋耕。秸秆还田翻耕处理的产量比还旋和清旋处理分别高8.45%和13.93%(P<0.05)。建议进一步推广秸秆还田并结合深耕。 The field experiment was carried out to study effects of returning straw to field on rhizosphere microorganisms,soil enzyme activity and yield of winter wheat cultivar Bainong Aikang 58.The results showed that soil enzyme activity increased,and then decreased with the growth and development of wheat,exhibiting the highest at the anthesis.Under different treatments,soil enzyme activity and wheat yield showed as follows: deep tillage with maize straw return(DTR)rotary tillage with maize straw return(RTR)rotary tillage with no maize straw return(RTN).The wheat yield under DTR was 8.45% and 13.93% higher than that under RTR and RTN,respectively.In future,it was suggested that maize straw return should be developed,to increase yield and promote sustainable development of agriculture.
