摘要
以西瓜为试材,对北京中农赛世农业科技有限公司研制的一体化育苗营养基进行了应用效果研究。结果表明,采用一体化育苗营养基育苗幼苗期立枯病发病率2.06%,在西瓜后期生长过程中,立枯病和枯萎病发病率仅为1.50%和5.88%,小区果实产量为88.2 kg,坐果率达100%。西瓜幼苗立枯病发病率较营养钵育苗降低4.5个百分点,枯萎病的发病率降低11.72个百分点、产量提高20%以上,同时可促进提前开花4~5 d,坐果率提高6.7个百分点。
The application effect of compressed integration substrates supplied by Beijing Zhongnongsaishi agricultural sicence and technology limited company was tested on watermelon.The result showed that only 2.06% ill seedlings were found when they were cultured in compressed integration substrates,and the incidence rates of fusarium wilt and damping-off were lower during the late growth of watermelon,reached 1.5% and 5.88%,respectively,the plot output was 88.2kg,the percentage of fertile fruit was 100%;the incidence rates of fusarium wilt and damping-off reduced by 4.5,11.72 percentage points,respectively,the output increased by 20%,the florescence was in advance 4-5 days,the percentage of fertile fruit was increased by 6.7 percentage points compared with control.
