摘要 针对掘锚机后配套用带式转载机的设计要求为跨距大、运量大、重量轻及可靠性高等特点,根据其配套关系及结构特点,分析了带式转载机的动力现象,并对带式转载机的整机结构进行了振动模态分析,取得了前5阶固有频率和振型图,对结果进行了分析,避免带式转载机在使用过程中发生共振。可为类似条件下的设计提供参考。 According to the design requirements of the belt reversed loader used in dig windlass, such as the big span, traffic volume, light weight and reliability higher characteristic, and according to its matching relations and structure characteristics, the power phenomenon of the belt reversed loader was analyzed. And the vibration modal analysis about machine structure of the belt reversed loader was developed, and the first five order natural frequency and vibration modal chart were obtained. Through the analysis of the results, the resonance occurred in using process of belt reversed loader was avoid, which provided a reference for similar design.
