长江流域生态环境恢复的经济价值估算——以南京段居民支付意愿调查为例 被引量:9

摘要 以1 592份长江流域生态环境恢复价值的微观调查数据为例,采用Spike模型估算了南京市居民对流域环境改善的支付意愿及其总补偿价值。结果发现,不考虑"零响应"会造成支付意愿的明显高估。南京市居民的支付意愿区间为459-475元/户.年,总补偿价值约为9.43亿元/年;实行差别定价能获取更多的补偿价值,为9.82亿元/年。环境服务为奢侈品,只有收入超过某个最低水平后居民才愿意购买。年龄越高支付意愿越低,以55岁以上老年群体的支付意愿最低。 This paper applies Spike model to measuring the willingness to pay(WTP) for Yangtze River basin ecosystem restoring based on 1592 individual questionnaires in Nanjing City.The results demonstrates that no consideration of "zero response" will lead to the obviously high estimation of WTP.It is also found that the WTP of Nanjing citizens is between 459 and 475 Yuan per year,and the total compensation is 943 million Yuan per year.Environmental services are luxury,and only when people's income reaches a certain level will they buy them.The higher the age,the lower the willingness,and people above 55 have the lowest willingness.
