摘要
应用型人才有工程型人才、管理型人才、技能型人才三种类型。每一种类型都对应着一个具体明确的生产实践环节,且有自己独特的知识结构和能力要求。新时期的应用型人才应该具备的能力主要有专业技术能力、表达能力、学习能力、合作能力、管理能力、创新能力、社会适应能力、人际交往能力、国际合作与交流能力、情绪情感调节能力。这些能力可以分为相辅相成的三个方面,即职业能力、社会能力和自我调节能力。应用型人才的能力培养模式可以概括为以综合素质为基础,以社会需求为导向,以职业能力为重点,以学用结合为途径和以解决问题的能力为核心的评价机制。
There are three types of applied talents, which are engineering talents, management talents, and skilled talents. Each type corre sponds to a specific production practice area, and has its own unique knowledge structures and capacity requirements. Applied talents in the new times should have professional and technical capacity, skills, learning ability, work ability, management ability, innovation ability, so- cial adaptability, interpersonal skills, international cooperation and communication skills, and mood and emotion regulation ability. These capabilities can be classified into three areas namely professional ability, social skills and self- adjustment ability. The capacity training mod- el of applied talents can be summarized as follows: based on integrated quality ; oriented by the needs of society; attaching importance to pro- fessional ability by means of learning with practice and problem - solving ability, which are the core of assessment system.
