摘要
介绍了一种640×480大阵列非制冷红外探测器成像方法,基于FPGA实现了非制冷红外焦平面阵列双通道信号输出的采集和数据拼接。由于阵列像元的增加,用于320×240及以下规模阵列的传统内部存储满足不了大数据量的要求,本系统采用两片模数转换芯片处理模拟信号,同时FPGA除提供时序信号外,还利用内部FIFO及SDRAM控制数据的存储及输出。基于以上技术,最终成功实现了640×480非制冷红外探测器的实时成像。
The imaging method of a large array of 640×480 uncooled infrared focal plane array(UIRFPA) detector is proposed.The output dual-channel signal data of UIRFPA are collected and linked by FPGA sub-system.The traditional internal memory used in 320×240 UIRFPA and below can not handle the huge amount of data streams due to large numbers of array pixels.The image processing system uses two analog to digital conversion chips to process analog signals,whilst FPGA provides timing signals.In addition,the FPGA controls data storage and output by internal FIFO and SDRAM.Based on above techniques,the real-time imaging of the 640×480 UIRFPA is successfully realized.
