摘要
运用行为事件访谈法和调查法分别对用人单位、应届毕业生进行就业能力的影响因素分析研究。结果显示,用人单位与应届毕业生对就业能力的影响因素的认知存在较大的差异,这也是出现大学生就业能力培养缺失和用人单位招聘困境的根本原因。创新教育理念、采用复合的培养方式、加强就业能力的跟踪测评是提升大学生就业能力的有效途径。
Based on behavioral event interview and questionnaire survey technology, influencing factors of employability concerned by employer enterprises and current graduates are focused on. The statistical resuhs showed that significant differences existed between employer enterprises and current graduates' cognition on employability which was the key reason why the employee and employer dilemma occurred. Innovating education idea, using compound training ways and strengthening employability tracking evaluation are the efficient methods to improve college student employability.
