摘要
目的了解国内择业效能感研究的现状,为下一步研究提供依据和参考。方法采用文献计量学研究方法,对中国期刊网(CNKI)上的69条"择业效能感"文章题录进行分析。结果国内择业效能感研究受外部环境的影响较大;择业效能感研究总量严重不足;对研究生、高职学生、特殊学生群体等的择业效能感研究还不够;择业效能感研究领域主要集中于现状调查;择业效能感研究的队伍不稳定,核心作者尚未形成;择业效能感跨学科研究缺乏;择业效能感研究的资助力度不够;研究机构主要是高等院校。结论国内对择业效能感的研究亟需加强。
Objective To understand the occupational choice self-efficacy status quo of China, and to provide reference for further research. Methods By using a bibliometric analysis, 69 article titled on the occupational choice self-efficacy ( from 2001 to 2010) were chosen in CNKI. Results The external environment had great impacts on occupational choice self-efficacy seriously. The researches for occupational choice serf-efficacy were shortage seriously. The researches on the special students, postgraduate students, higher vocational students were not enough. The researches mainly focus on the investigation of occupational choice self-efficacy. Co-operative research for occupational choice self-efficacy was not enough ; Interdisciplinary research for occupational choice self-efficacy were not enough ; The funding effort for occupational choice self-efficacy should step up ; Colleges were the main agency for the scientific research. Conclusion The researches for occupational choice self-efficacy should be enhanced in China.
