摘要
为萃取-共沸精馏法分离丙烯酸水溶液选择适宜的溶剂,采用液液平衡釜,在常压下测定了293.15,303.15,313.15 K下水-丙烯酸-甲基异丁基甲酮三元体系的液液平衡数据。使用Hand方程对实验数据进行拟合,相关性系数的平方均大于0.99。利用Aspen Plus过程模拟软件的数据回归系统,分别采用非随机双液(NRTL)和通用似化学(UNIQUAC)活度系数模型对实验体系的液液平衡数据进行回归,得到了相应热力学模型参数,利用所得参数计算了相应的液液平衡组成,并与实验值比较,均方根偏差均小于0.014。绘制了液液平衡相图。结果表明:NRTL和UNIQUAC模型计算值均与实验值吻合较好。
To screen the proper solvent for separating acrylic acid aqueous solution by the combination method of extraction and azeotropic distillation,the liquid-liquid equilibrium(LLE) data for the ternary system of water-acrylic acid-methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK) at 293.15,303.15 and 313.15 K were measured under atmospheric pressure.The reliability of the experimental LLE data was ascertained through Hand equation.All of the square of the linear correlation coefficients are greater than 0.99.The activity coefficient models of nonrandom two-liquid(NRTL) and universal quasi-chemical(UNIQUAC) were used to correlate the data of the investigated system by data regression system of Aspen Plus.The parameters of the two models were obtained.With the parameters,the compositions of LLE were calculated and compared with the corresponding experimental data.The values of the root-mean-square deviation are all less than 0.014.The LLE phase diagrams at different temperatures of the ternary system were given.The results show that the calculated values from the two models agree well with the experimental values.
