摘要
目的:探讨两孔法腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2005年3月至2010年3月48例肾囊肿患者采用两孔法肾囊肿去顶减压术的临床资料。结果:48例均获得成功,平均用时40分钟,无严重并发症发生。结论:两孔法腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术安全可靠,是一种值得推广的方法。
To study the clinical effect of 2-hole laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing.Methods： 48 cases of renal cyst from March 2005 to March 2010 were retrospectirely analyzed.Results：All 48 cases were successful by 2-hole laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing the average operation time was 40 minutes and without any severe complication.Conclusion： The 2-hole laparoscopie renal cyst unroofing is a safe and reliable treatment for renal cyst.
