摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT重建技术诊断脊柱外伤的应用。方法 45例脊柱外伤患者行多层螺旋CT扫描,并进行MIP、MPR、SSD、VR图像重建。结果 45例均明确诊断骨折。MIP、MPR、SSD、VR重建对于骨折显示效果好。结论多层螺旋CT重建技术为脊柱外伤的诊断和治疗提供重要信息,有利于治疗方案的选择。
Objective To explore MSCT reconstruction technique diagnosis spinal injury applications.Methods 45 patients with spinal injury patients were done in multislice CT scan and MIP,MPR,SSD,VR image reconstruction.Results 45 patients were diagnosed clearly fractures,MIP,MPR,SSD,VR reconstruction for fracture shows the effect is good.Conclusion MSCT reconstruction technique for the diagnosis and treatment of spinal injury provide important information,be helpful for treatment options.
