摘要 近年来食品包装安全受到国内外广泛关注.本文介绍了塑料包装材料中化学物向食品迁移的数学模型,同时使用数学方法对模型进行了求解,并分析了模型中参数对结果的影响,为使用数学模型对塑料包装材料迁移进行预测提供了有力的理论依据. In recent years,the safety of food packaging has widely attracted domestic and abroad attention.This paper introduces the mathematical model for plastic packaging materials migration.The mathematical method is used to solve the model,and the effect of model parameters on the result is analyzed.So it provides a strong theoretical basis for the use of mathematical models to predict the migration of plastic packaging materials.
