摘要
目的 :研究正常胎儿颅内动脉的结构和血流动力学参数。方法 :应用彩色多普勒血流显像和脉冲多普勒检测 5 0例正常胎儿大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉的血流特征。每次检查时间控制在 10分钟之内 ,胎龄 39- 4 0周。结果 :CDFI总体成功显示率为 94 7%、PW显示率为81% ,以胎头向母体腹侧大脑中动脉显示最好为 10 0 %。胎儿大脑中动脉的PW定量分析显示 :PV5 8 2± 12 1cm/s mv 30 3+8 71cm/s PI 1 6± 0 3p RI 0 6 5± 0 17。结论 :利用彩色多普勒超声检查提供的信息 。
OBJECTIVE:To study the anatomic structures and the blood flow parameters of normal fetal cerebral artery. METHODS:Color Doppler flow imaging and Pulse wave Doppler was employed to detect the features of ACA MCA and PCP in 50 fetus.The examination was performed with in 10 minutes each time,and the fetal age for 39-40 weeks.RESULTS:The results showed that the success rate of CDFI for 94 7% and PW for 81% in all.The middle cerebral artery that the fetal head is toward the mother's abdomen showed the highest success rate for 100%.Quantitative analysis of PW showed PV 58 2±12 1cm/s,mv 30 3±8 71cm/s,PI 1 6±0 39,RI 0 65±0 17 in the middle cerebral artery of fetus.CONCLUSION:The information of examination supply may play important roles in the monitor of gestation period.
