摘要
我国体育产业立法要把握体育产业发展需求,明确立法目标,并根据目标制订相关政策。体育竞争政策和体育产业政策是当前社会条件下我国体育产业发展内在需求的反映。前者强调对竞争主体的平等保护,后者则暗示了对体育竞争领域某些主体的特殊扶持。体育产业立法应体现两大政策相互协调的关系,既坚持体育竞争政策在体育产业立法中的基础地位,又积极稳妥地依法贯彻体育产业政策。
Our country＇s sports industry legislation should grasp the needs of sports industry development,take a clear legislative goals and formulate relevant policies in accordance with it.The sports industry policy and sports competition policy are the reflection of inner needs of our country＇s development.The former focuses on the equal protection,and the latter shows special support for some subjects in the field of sport competition.Sports industry legislation should reflect the coordinated relationship between the two major policies.On the one hand,we should adhere to the basic position of sports competition policy in the sports industry legislation.On the other hand,we should carry out the sports industry policy actively and steadily according to law.
