摘要
目的：对调理中医痰温体质的一种粥方进行功效成分的定量测定。方法：以中医治未病理论指导、组方。采用苯酚一硫酸法显色，以葡萄搪为对照品。在484．5nm波长处测吸光度，测定样品中总多糖的含量。结果：组成以茯苓为主的痰湿质药膳粥方。葡萄糖质量浓度在10～70μg·mL^-1范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系；回归方程：A=0．0133C-0．0181，r=0．9991；平均回收率为99．47％，RSD=1．6％；测得的总多糖平均含量为74．21×103μg·g^-1。结论：采用苯酚-硫酸法测定粥方申总多耱含量，快速准确，稳定性好，可作为该制荆总多糖含量测定方法。
[Abstract]Objective To analyze the active ingredients of a kind of medicated porridge for phlegm--dampness constitution . Methods The content of polysaccharides was measured co]orimetrically by the Phenol--sulfuric acid colorimetry, using glucose as the standard. Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 10--70μg·mL^-1 for glucose. The average recovery was 99.47% with RSD= 1.6%. The average content of polysaccharides is 74.21 × 10^3μg·mL^-1. Conclusion For the sample which composition isn＇t complicated, it is fast, accurate and stable of Phenol-- sulfuric acid method to de- termine the content of polysaccharides.
