摘要
介绍了一种C波段低噪声放大器的设计原理和方法,并给出了设计结果和测试结果。为了达到较高的增益和较好的增益平坦度,采用两级级联加一级单片放大的结构,利用Designer V2仿真优化功能设计了输入、输出及级间匹配电路。最后设计的放大器在6GHz-6.5GHz范围内增益48.47±0.4dB,噪声系数小于1.2dB,输入驻波比小于2,输出驻波比小于1.5。该LNA模块的试验测试结果和设计符合很好。
We introduced the design principle and design method of a C-band LNA and gave the design result and test result.A two-stage topology and a single amplifier were used in order to achieve high gain flatness.The matching circuits connecting input and interstage was designed with assistance of the powerful simulation and optimizing tool Designer.The designed amplifier exhibited broadband operation is 6.25GHz-6.5GHz with the gain is 48.4±0.4dB,the noise figure1.2dB,the input SWR2,the output SWR1.5.The experiment test result of the LNA is quiet suitable with it's design.
