摘要
分析比较以往国内外试行过的制造业人才校企联合培养模式,探索并实践一种符合我国国情,适合本科层次的制造业人才联合培养新模式。在这种模式中,学生在整个培养进程的多个环节、多次参与企业的生产实践,企业也从多方面介入高校的教学活动。校企双方的自身需求和利益,是实施这种模式的内在动力。一个符合这种模式的培养方案和一套支持这种模式的规范,是实施这种模式的保证。
This paper analyzes the most popular university-enterprise cooperative education modes home and abroad.On this basis,we propose a novel cooperative education mode for manufacturing personnel,which is suitable for the situation of China.With this cooperative education mode,students can interact with the production and practice of manufacturing enterprise in multiple links.At the same time,enterprise can help schools to actively promote the teaching reform.All of the profit goals of university and enterprise will be the motivation of this mode.In addition,appropriate education program and policy will guarantee the implementation of the proposed education mode.
