端羟基超支化聚酯的制备及改性 被引量:4

Synthesis and Modification of OH-Terminated Hyperbranched Polyester

摘要 以2,2-二羟甲基丙酸和季戊四醇(核)为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,合成了超支化聚酯(B),用顺丁烯二酸酐进行了部分端基改性.探讨了溶剂对端基超支化聚酯改性的影响,对改性后的超支化聚酯进行水溶性测定,通过F I-IR和1HNM R图谱对超支化聚酯及不同溶剂中改性的聚酯进行了表征.结果表明:将端羟基(—OH)改性为羧基(—COOH)后,超支化聚酯的水溶性增加;用丙酮做溶剂可得到改性度更高的超支化聚酯,且更易于纯化. Hyperbranched polyester B was synthesized by reating 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid with pentaerythritol(core) using p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst,and it was then modified with maleic anhydride.Effect of solvent on the modification of terminal-groups of the hyperbranched polyester and its water solubility were investigated.The hyperbranched polyester modified in different solvent were characterized by FI-IR and 1HNMR spectra.The results showed that the water solubility of the product increased after replacing the hydroxy group(—OH) with carboxyl group(—COOH).At the same time,a higher degree of modified hyperbranched polyester can be obtained by using acetone as the solvent,and the products were often easier to be purified.
