摘要
概述了作物基因漂移的研究意义及其对整个生态环境的影响,认识到作物基因漂移对野生近缘种资源的保护和利用、作物的适应性进化和多样化的进程等方面具有的深层次意义;结合现代分子生物技术,建立合理的检控系统模型,进而深入研究转基因作物的释放环境的关系,能更好地指导转基因作物的田间试验工作。
This article outlined the significance of research on crop gene flow and its impact on the ecological environment.It recognized the deep significance in crop gene flow with conservation and utilization of wild relative species,adaptive evolution and diversification of crops and other aspects of the process etc.Combining with molecular biotechnology,the paper built a rational system model,so as to study the relationship between genetically modified crops and the release environment.It would guide the field trials work better with genetically modified crops.
