介绍了北京首钢冷轧薄板有限公司连续退火机组炉辊的管理办法、更换原则和更换计划，并阐明了通过对炉辊的精细化管理，可以提高带钢质量。
This paper introduces the management of furnace roll in Shougang CAL line, and the change principle and change plan are introduced as well. Its purpose is to improve coil quality through better management of furnace roll.
