670MW贫煤锅炉高温受热面热偏差大的原因分析及改进

摘要 华电潍坊发电有限公司#3锅炉自2006年投产后存在受热面左、右管壁热偏差大现象,管壁易超温,曾多次出现超温爆管事故。找出了锅炉燃烧热偏差及汽温偏差的原因,制订了合理的改造方案及运行调节措施,通过试验数据论证了改造方案及措施的可行性并成功投入运用。 After the boiler No.3 of Huadian Weifang Power Generation Corporation Limited was put into operation in 2006,the heat deviation existed between the left and right tube walls of the heating surface,which easily causes the overtemperature in tube walls;and tube cracking accident had happened repeatedly.The reasons of boiler combustion heat deviation and steam temperature deviation were found;the reasonable reformation scheme and operation and adjustment measures were drawn up.The feasibility of reformation scheme and the measures was demonstrated by the test data.The scheme and measures were put into practical use successfully.
