摘要
基于氨基硫脲对高锰酸钾-乙二醛化学发光体系的增敏作用,建立了氨基硫脲的流动注射化学发光测定方法;在最佳测试条件下,氨基硫脲的检出限为5.0×10-8m ol.L-1,线性范围为1.0×10-7—1.0×10-3m o.lL-1;对1.0×10-6m o.lL-1的氨基硫脲溶液平行测定11次,其RSD为2.1%。该方法可应用于水样中氨基硫脲含量的测定。
A sensitive flow injection chemiluminescence(FL-CI.) method for determination of thiosemicarbazide was developed. The method was based on that thiosemicarbazide could enhance the CL reaction of glyoxal and KMnO4 in hydrochloric acid. Under the optimized conditions, thiosemicarbazide was determined, the detection limit of the method was 5. 0 X 10-8mol· L^-1 for thiosemicarbazide, the linear range for thioscmicarbazide was 1.0 × 10^-7-1.0 ×10^-8mol.L^-1,and the relative standard deviation was 2. 1% for 1.0 × 10^-6mol.L^-1 thiosemicarbazide in 11 repeated measurements. The method is successfully applied for the determination of thiosemicarbazide in water sample.
