摘要
文章采用国电九江发电厂粉煤灰为原料,研究其对九江学院化学实验室高浓度有机废水和甲基橙废水的吸附效果。实验结果表明,处理高浓度有机废水的最佳静态吸附条件为室温25℃,pH 7,粉煤灰粒径180目,投加量0.1 g/mL,处理甲基橙废水的最佳静态吸附条件为室温25℃,pH 7,粉煤灰粒径180目,投加量0.05 g/mL;在动态吸附实验中,粉煤灰柱高为400 mm时处理效果最好,并且动态吸附的效果明显好于静态吸附。
With the fly ash from Jiujiang Power Plant used as the main material, the paper studied the treatment process of fly ash to high concentration organic wastewater and methyl orange wastewater from the Jiujiang university chemical laboratory. The static experimental results shew that the ideal dosage of the fly ash was 0.1 g/mL, pH value was 7, the particle size was 180 mesh and in room temperature, in which condition the fly ash treating the high concentration of organic wastewater shows the best results. For the methyl orange wastewater, it can get best results when the ideal dosage of the fly ash was 0.05 g/mL, pH value was 7, the particle size was 180 mesh and in room temperature. In the dynamic absorption experiment, the results shew that when the fly ash column is 400mm, it can get the best absorption ability. Comparing the treatment effect of static experiment with dynamic absorption experiment, the later is better.
