玻璃纤维桩树脂核的临床应用评价 被引量:3

摘要 临床上对有保留价值的残根残冠修复时,需用桩核恢复牙齿的抗力性和固位性,防止基牙牙根的折断和冠修复体的脱落.桩核的材料种类繁多,国内常用的是金属铸造桩核.由于金属桩存在易腐蚀、美观性能差、易根折等缺点,近年来,一种新型的具有良好的生物相容性、抗腐蚀性和美观性的玻璃纤维桩逐渐得到广泛应用.我们通过与金属铸造桩核的临床对比观察,分析玻璃纤维桩树脂核修复残根残冠的临床效果.
