摘要
目的:了解Fas 抗原及bcl2 蛋白在甲状腺肿瘤组织中表达的意义。方法:用流式细胞技术对14 例乳头状甲状腺癌,16例甲状腺腺瘤及32 例结节性甲状腺肿组织中Fas 抗原和bcl2 蛋白的表达进行检测。结果:上述3 组织中均测到Fas 抗原和bcl2 蛋白。3 种组织中Fas 抗原和bcl2 蛋白表达没有统计学差异(F=2.78,P>0.05;F=2.56,P>0.05)。乳头状甲状腺癌组织Fas 抗原表达与bcl2 蛋白表达有明显相关性(r=0.646,P<0.05),其他两种组织中Fas 抗原与bcl2 表达均无相关性( P>0-05)。结论:上述3 种组织中均有Fas 抗原和bcl2 蛋白的表达,均参与了甲状腺肿瘤组织中细胞凋亡的调节。细胞凋亡异常与乳头状甲状腺癌的发生有密切关系。
Objective:To investigate the significance of expression of Fas antigen and bcl 2 protein in thyroid tumors.Methods:The expression of Fas antigen and bcl 2 protein 14 patients with papillary adenocarcinoma,16 patients with thyroid adenoma and 32 patients with nodular goiter were determined with flow cytometry.Results:Fas antigen and bcl 2 protein were phenoty pically expressed in various thyroid gland tissues.The expression of Fas antigen or bcl 2 protein had no statistic difference among various thyroid gland tissues(F=2.78,P>0.05;F=2.56,P>0.05).There was significant correlation between Fas antigen expression and bcl 2 protein expression in papillary adenocarcinoma(r=0.646,P<0.05),without statistic correlation in thyroid adenoma or nodular goiter(r= 0.339,P>0.05;r= 0.165,P>0.05).Conclusions:These results suggest that apoptotic process takes place in benign and malignant lesions of thyroid gland.Fas mediated apoptosis play an important role in the pathogenesis of papillary adenocarcinoma.
