摘要
目的:探讨氧化樟脑对小鼠睡眠功能和自主活动的影响。方法:①腹腔注射氧化樟脑10 min后,腹腔注射阈剂量的戊巴比妥钠(45 mg/kg),记录小鼠入睡时间和睡眠持续时间。②腹腔注射戊巴比妥钠(65 mg/kg),待小鼠翻正反射消失后,腹腔注射氧化樟脑,记录小鼠睡眠时间。③小鼠腹腔注射氧化樟脑,10 min后放入YLS-1S多功能小鼠自主活动测定仪中,稳定2 min后记录5 min内小鼠自主活动次数。结果:①氧化樟脑能显著延长阈剂量戊巴比妥钠的小鼠的入睡时间并缩短睡眠持续时间。②氧化樟脑能显著缩短阈上剂量戊巴比妥钠小鼠的睡眠时间,与对照组比较,具有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。③氧化樟脑明显的增加了小鼠自主活动次数。结论:氧化樟脑能够延长小鼠入睡时间、缩短睡眠时间并增加小鼠的自主活动次数,提示具有催醒的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of oxcamphor injection on mice′s sleep function and spontaneous activity.Method ①Intraperitoneal injection of camphor oxidation after 10 min,of intraperitoneal injection the threshold dose of pentobarbital sodium(45 mg/kg),recorded the mice′s sleep latency and sleep duration.②Intraperitoneal injection of pentobarbital sodium(65 mg/kg),until loss of righting reflex in mice after the intraperitoneal injection of oxcamphor,recorded sleep time in mice.③Mice injected intraperitoneally oxcamphor,10 min later,put them into the YLS-1S multi-function spontaneous activity tester,and made the mice adapted the new environment within 2 min,after 5 min,recorded the number of spontaneous activity in mice.Results ①The oxcamphor can significantly prolong the mice′s sleep latency and shorten sleep duration at threshold dose of pentobarbital sodium.②Oxcamphor can significantly shorten sleeping time above the threshold dose of pentobarbital sodium in mice,compared with the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P0.05 or P0.01).③Oxcamphor can significantly increase the number of spontaneous activity in mice.Conclusion The oxcamphor has this function that it can prolong sleep latency,shorten sleep duration and increase the number of spontaneous activity in mice.
