摘要
目的:为了研究乙型肝炎病毒DNA在人类基因组中的整合作用与肝癌发生之间的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应技术,对肝癌细胞基因组中的乙肝病毒DNA第V 区段进行了测定。结果:12 例肝癌细胞基因组8 例为阳性,10 例肝癌患者外周血细胞基因组均为阴性。结论:乙型肝炎病毒DNA 的整合与肝癌发生有密切关系。
Objective:In order to investigate the relationship between the occurrence of liver neoplasm and integration of HBV DNA in human genome. Methods:PCR Technique was used to detect the sequence V of HBV DNA in the liver neoplasm genome and human genome of peripheral blood cells. Resnlts :8 of 12 liver neoplasm were positive, the all genomes of 10 peripheral blood with liver neoplasm were negative. Conclusion: There is a close relation between the integration of HBV DNA and occurrence of liver neoplasm.
