三种腔内碎石法治疗膀胱结石的疗效比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨等离子电切镜下钬激光碎石法(A组)、输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石法(B组)及经尿道碎石钳碎石法(C组)在治疗膀胱结石方面的疗效差异。方法:回顾性分析收治的145例膀胱结石患者的临床资料。结果:A组患者的手术时间及住院时间最短,术中出血量最少,手术成功率最高,与C组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。A组和B组患者术后均未发生膀胱损伤,有少数患者发生结石残余和尿道狭窄,与C组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:等离子电切镜下钬激光碎石法和输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石法与经尿道碎石钳碎石法比较,更为安全、有效,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To investigate the plasma electricity cut microscopically holmium laser lithotripsy method,ureteral microscopically pneumatic ballistic gravel method and transurethral crushing forceps bladder calculi gravel method in treatment of differences.Method Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 145 patients with bladder calculi in recent years.Results The operation time and hospital time were shortest,intra-operative bleeding amount was least,the success rate of operation was highest in group A,with significant difference when compared with group C(P0.05).The patients in group A and group B without bladder injury,a few cases had calculi rump and urethral stricture,and showed significant difference when compared with group C(P0.05).Conclusion Plasma electricity cut microscopically holmium laser lithotripsy method and the ureteral microscopically pneumatic ballistic gravel method with transurethral crushing forceps gravel by compare more secure and effective,and to promote the clinical use.
