摘要
目的:探讨锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位锁骨钩钢板内固定的治疗效果。方法:手术切开复位III型Tossy型肩锁关节脱位及NeerII型锁骨远端骨折。结果:平均手术时间60 min。手术出血量约50～100 ml。平均手术出血量65 ml。Neer百分制评分标准进行评分:优29例,满意1例,不满意1例。结论:锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位AO锁骨钩钢板内固定的治疗,固定牢固,肩关节功能恢复优良.
Objective To study the effects of distal clavicle fractures and acromioclavicular joint dialocation with clavicular hook plate.Method Thirty cases of triple-type′s of Tossy′s later clavicle fracture and dimorph′s of Neer′s acromioclavicular joint dislocation were by poen reduction and internal fixation with clavicular hook plate.Results The average operating time was 60 min and blood loss was 25~50 ml.The average was 30 ml.According to neer scores,the results were execellent in 29 cases,good in 1 and fair in 1.Conclusion The treatment of distal clavicular fractures and acromiclavicular with clavicicular hook plate are firm fixation and shoulder′s functions recover well.
