摘要
采用传统方法对铸钢齿轮进行铸造工艺设计。通过ViewCast软件对初始工艺的凝固过程进行模拟,显示在轮毂下部存在缩松。通过在此部位增加补贴,消除了缺陷;在保证铸件质量的前提下,减短横浇道长度,减少内浇道数量,冒口均增设保温套,同时调整轮缘冒口补缩中心,降低冒口高度,大大提高了铸件工艺出品率。最终确定出合理的铸造工艺方案。
The casting process for steel gear was designed by traditional method.The solidification process under the initial process was simulated by ViewCast,the simulation shows that there was shrinkage porosity in the lower part of the wheel hub.The defect was eliminated by increasing pad in this position.In the premise of ensuring the quality of castings,decreaseing the length of cross-runner,reducing the number of the ingate,adding insulation caps for all risers,meanwhile,adjusting the feeding centers of the rim's risers,reducing height of all risers,the production rate of the castings increased significantly.The casting process was chosen as the most reasonable one.
