直接激光金属烧结工艺参数优化数学模型的分析 被引量:3

摘要 从激光系统、扫描系统和粉末系统对直接激光金属烧结参数进行了分析。数值模拟了金属粉末烧结温度场,并采用相场法模拟了熔池凝固过程,建立了激光烧结枝晶生长三维相场方程,为优化烧结参数而获得理想组织和性能的烧结件提供理论基础。 The direct laser metal sintering parameters were analyzed from three systems,such as laser system,scanning system and powder system.The sintering temperature field of metal powder was studied by numerical simulation,and the weld pool solidification process was simulated by phase-field.The 3D phase-field equations of dendrite growth were constructed for DLMS,which provide a theoretical basis for optimizing sintering parameters to gain the sintered specimens with ideal microstructure and properties.
