机器人微创心脏外科的发展及现状 被引量:15

摘要 机器人技术产生于20世纪60年代。20世纪是微创外科的形成与发展时期,腔镜技术是典型代表,但其主要缺陷为协调性和灵活性差、精细解剖困难、器械操作难度大,不能满足心脏手术所需的精细操作。追求更完美的微创手术效果成为机器人手术系统的发展动力。1995年美国Intuitive Surgicl公司制造了达芬奇(da Vinci)机器人手术系统,2000年通过了美国食品和药物管理局(FDA)认证后,达芬奇机器人手术系统成为世界上首套可以正式在医院手术室中使用的机器人手术系统,早期主要用于腹腔手术中。
