茵栀黄地塞米松诱导大鼠肝UDP-葡萄糖醛酸转移酶活性的研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的:研究茵桅黄、地塞米松对SD大鼠肝UDP-葡萄糖醛酸转移酶(UDPGT)活性的影响。方法:建立茵栀黄、地塞米松诱导的SD大鼠的动物模型,参照Black氏方法测定大鼠肝UDPGT活性。结果:茵栀黄、地塞米松均能诱导大鼠肝UDPGT活性,出现最大效应的时间分别是:茵栀黄为诱导第3天,地塞米松为诱导第5天并伴有肝蛋白质合成和肝重增加。结论:茵栀黄、地塞米松均能诱导大鼠肝UDPGT活性,但两者的诱导机理可能不同。 Aim: In order to investigate the activity of UDPGT in rat liver induced by Yin Zhi Huang、Dexametha-sone. Methods: The activity of UDPGT in SD-rat liver was determined with Black's ways. Results: Both Yin Zhi Huang Injection and Dexamethasone were able to induce the increasing of the activity of UDPGT in SD-rat liver. The maxim effect of Yin Zhi Huang Injection appeared in the third day after the injection, but the Dexamethasone's appeared in the fifth day, while liver weight and synthesizing of liver protein were increaed. Conclusion: Both Yin Zhi Huang Injection and Dexamethasone are able to induce the activity of UDPGT in SD-rat liver, but their mechanisms are different possibly.
