摘要
以日本文明转型与日本足球成功为借鉴,探讨中国足球改革的困惑与出路。研究认为:日本足球的快速成功在于日本文明的现代转型,向日本足球学习要深入到其文明转型的历史过程中才更有借鉴意义;中国足球的改革是西方与东方、传统与现代文明的巨大冲突的表现,中国足球在形式上有所变革但在实质上难以认同外来文化,改革艰难有着深层次的文化历史原因,主要是对于文化冲突的认识不足,改革过程的曲折性,以及文化路径的顽固依赖性。中国足球改革的出路在于:一是要在危机中需要保持清晰的自省,明确改革的阶段特征,消除讳疾忌医心理,尊重足球规律提出改革方略,正视改革的外在环境与外力的作用;二是要善于对外来文明进行创造性转化,不能盲目拆拼外来文明,深刻反思举国体制的一元论倾向,自主创新要正确理解与处理好中国特色、建构理性、学习模仿的重大关系。
By view of modern transformation of Japanese civilization and its success of football, with Chinese football innovation as a microcosm of civilization evolution, this paper explored the puzzles and solutions for the innovation of Chinese football. Rapid success of Japanese football depended on its modern transformation of society. To learn from Japanese football, we should penetrate deeply the coume of civilization transformation. The reform of Chinese football is, virtually, a kind of performance on big conflict of culture between the west and east, modern and tradition. These years, Chinese football has being changed a lot in form through reform, but not identify with west civilization in fact. Reform in hard has reasons deeply on culture and history, which chiefly lack enough recognition on culture conflict, the tortuosity of reform course and undue dependence of culture path. Therefore should be found on two aspects. The one is Chinese football keeping self-cheek in crisis, namely to make clear characteristics of reform phrase, eliminate the fear of criticism, bring forward measures by football laws, face up to external force and environment. The other is creative transformation to foreign civilization. namely non blindly dismounting or splitting on west civilization, deeply thinking back to the monism of national system, nicely deal with important relations about Chinese character, constructivism, and learning-imitation.
