摘要
以环氧改性液体聚硫密封胶为基胶,研究了环氧树脂、液体聚硫橡胶、填料、防老剂种类及用量对聚硫密封胶常温拉伸性能及老化后拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,通过环氧改性聚硫橡胶,可有效提高聚硫密封胶的扯断伸长率及耐热老化性能。填料对聚硫密封胶均有一定的补强效果,炭黑的补强效果最好,A-380的耐热老化性能最好。防老剂D可有效提高聚硫密封胶的老化性能。经180℃热老化10h后,密封胶拉伸强度为2.51MPa,断裂伸长率达到113%。
The epoxy-modified liquid polysulfide sealant was synthesized. The effects of different kinds and contents of epoxy, polysulfide, fillers and antioxidants on the tensile properties and aging resistance of polysulfide sealant were studied. The results showed that the epoxy-modified liquid polysulfide sealant had excellent elongation at break and aging resistance; fillers could reinforce the sealant, carbon black had the best enhancing effect and A-380 had the best aging resistance; antioxidant of D could significantly improve the aging resistance of polysulfide sealant. After aging test at 180℃ for 10h, the tensile strength of sealant was 2.51MPa and elongation at break was 113%.
