皮肤微囊性附属器癌3例 被引量：5

摘要 对3例发生于面部的微囊性附属器癌进行临床病理分析。微囊性附属器癌镜下呈多向分化,典型的肿瘤表浅部角质囊肿较多并向毛发方向分化,真皮中部为线样基底细胞或鳞状细胞团,导管明显,而角质囊肿减少,深部间质纤维组织增生,有腺样结构、细胞簇及细胞条索,组织结构有明显异型性并呈浸润性生长。微囊性附属器癌是一种伴有导管分化并以局部浸润及破坏为主的低度恶性肿瘤,很少发生转移。
