摘要
干式变压器线圈固化过程中温度场分布是导致线圈产生开裂、缩孔、白斑等缺陷的主要因素。建立某型线圈和内外模具全尺寸的有限元模型。采用瞬态热分析方法对其固化过程进行分析。获得了线圈和模具不同区域温度变化规律,为改进线圈固化工艺提供了科学的依据。
Temperature distribution of coil of dry-type transformer during curing has great effect on its defect such as crack,shrinkage and white spot.Finite element model of full size coil and mold is established,and is analyzed using transient heat transfer method.Temperature variation of coil and mold with time is obtained at different zone,which provides science foundation for improving coil curing technology.
