新修订的《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》七月一日施行

摘要 2011年5月4日，陈竺部长以卫生部令第81号颁布《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》（以下简称“新《办法》”）正式颁布，并将于2011年7月1日起施行。新《办法》是我国开展药品不良反应监测工作的重要法律基础。也是药监部门蛋彻落实科学发展观和医疗卫生体制改革要求。
