摘要
目的:总结空心加压钛钉固定加带缝匠肌蒂髂骨块移植治疗中青年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法:对35例中青年股骨颈骨折采用上述手术方式治疗。结果:随访8～24个月,平均14个月,髋关节功能评定:优27例,良6例,可1例,差1例(股骨头缺血性坏死)。优良率94.28%。结论:采用空心加压钛钉固定并行带缝匠肌蒂供血的自体髂骨块移植治疗中青年股骨颈骨折,是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective： To summarize the curative effect of sartorius pedicled iliac graft combined with cannulated screw in treatment of femoral neck fracture in youth or middle age.Methods：35 cases of femoral neck fracture were treated by cannulated screw and sartorius pedicled iliae graft. Results：All cases had followed up 8-24 months with an average of 14 months. According to the functional assessment of hip joint,27 eases were excellent,6 eases good,1 case moderate, l case bad （ischemic necrosis of femoral head）, and the good rate was 94：28%.Conclusions：For youth or middle age patient,eannulate screw and sartorius pedlcled iliac autograft demonstrates effective for femoral neck fracture.
