摘要
目的 探讨儿科临床检验危急值的建立与应用.方法 分析2009年8月起开始在我院儿科实施检验危急值报告制度的情况,共检验分析了65例危急值患儿.结果 65例危急值患儿死亡8例,其中男6例,女2例,男女死亡3：2,门诊与病房1：7.其中死亡多为血气分析值过高引起.结论 危急值的应用对临床医师和检验人员都起到了积极的作用,促进了患者与医院的可持续健康发展.
Objective To evaluate the establishment and application of clinical test values in pediatric. Methods Analyzed the implementation of clinical test values reporting system in our hospital from August 2009, a total of 65 children patients .in the critical examination and analysis. Results in the 65 cases of critical value children, 8 patients died, including 6 males and 2 females, men and women died was 3：2, Clinic and ward died was 1 ： 7, the mostly caused by high arterial blood gas analysis. Condusion The application of critical value to the clinician and inspection personnel have played a positive role in promoting the health of patients and the sustainable development of the hospital.
