摘要
针对某伺服机构摩擦片在装配调试过程中易发生断裂失效的现象,通过对断裂的摩擦片进行化学成分分析和断口分析,并结合零件成型工艺及其实际使用性能要求,综合分析了引起摩擦片断裂的原因。结果表明:摩擦片材料本身存在着缩孔和疏松等铸造缺陷,致使所加工零件的力学性能不能满足实际使用强度要求,从而最终导致摩擦片过早发生断裂;同时根据分析结果提出了相应的改进措施。
The fracture failure phenomenon of a friction plate of a servo system was occurred frequently during the assembly debugging process. The fracture reason of the friction plate was analyzed by means of the anaysis on chemical compositions, fracture, material forming technology and working performance. The results showed that the casting shrinkage and porosity defects were the main factors, which made the mechanical properties of the material failed to meet the design requirements, so the friction plate was quickly fractured. Following the analytic results, the prevention measures were put forward.
