摘要
本文以企业网络理论为基础,通过对西安光电子产业集群106家企业进行问卷调查所获数据,运用回归模型和结构方程进行实证研究。结果表明,利用性学习和探索性学习在联结强度、网络规模对成长绩效影响中扮演完全中介的作用,利用性学习在中心度对成长绩效影响中扮演完全中介的作用。因此,企业应重视网络结构,加强利用性学习和探索性学习,充分利用网络这个知识、技术、资源丰富的平台,提高成长绩效。
In recent years,studies have shown that network learning get more and more attention,because it can promote firms survival and rapid growth.The development of network organizations and the networking of the world economy make network learning important.How to obtain knowledge embedded in the networks and enhance the firm performance is the key practical issue for firms to improve their competitive ability in the global value chain.At present,the importance of networks learning has been agreed by the majority of scholars,However,the overview of related research shows that although the existing theoretical research outlined the competitive advantages network structure brings up,the research on mechanism how network structure impacts the firm growth performance are still inadequate,Focusing on "How to build an appropriate network structure to enhance the firm growth performance",Using theories from social network and organizational learning,referring to relative research results of the mechanisms of network structure,building the triune analyzing configuration of "position degreetie strength-net-work size",establishing the theoretical framework of "network struc-ture-organizational learning type-the firm growth performance,this paper analyzes how the network structures influence organizational learning and firm growth performance.The author takes firms in the Xi'an optoelectronics industry cluster as the research sample.The research data is obtained through conducting a questionnaire survey of 106 firms in the Xi'an optoelectronics industry cluster.Then,empiri-cal research is conducted using regression modeling and SEM.The author draws the conclusion that exploitative learning and explorative learning play a full mediating role between link strength,size of network and the growth performance.Exploitative learning plays a full intermediary role between the position degree and the growth performance.From this research,we find that organizational learn-ing modes have important intermediary effects on the relationship between the network structure and the firm growth performance.In order to acquire more knowledge resource,enhance the performance of network learning and improve the firm growth performance,firms should select network learning modes in accordance with their network structure and adjust it when firms’ operation environments undergo significant change.In addition,firms should pay more attention to the network structure,strengthen exploitative learning and explorative learning,make full use of Industry Cluster Platform in which knowledge,technology,resources are plentiful,improving firm growth performance.
