摘要
介绍了从棉籽饼粕中提取天然氨基酸的步骤和方法。在定量酸催化和沸腾回流温度下,研究了蛋白质水解反应时间与反应液中氨基酸浓度的关系,为大规模工业生产选择最优反应终点提供了重要依据。
A procedure for extracting amino acid from oil residue of cottonseed was introduced. Under the conditions of the selected concentration of acid and the refluent temprature, the relationship between the time of hydrolysis of protein and the concentration of amino acids in the reaction solution was studied. This provided an important basis for large scale production.
