摘要
氟是机体必需的微量元素之一,与人体生命活动及牙齿、骨骼组织代谢密切相关。但氟的安全阈窄,低氟与高氟均可引起骨病,因此探究氟对骨的作用意义重大。针对氟对骨的作用进行阐述,主要分为氟对成骨细胞、破骨细胞、骨矿化以及牙齿的作用。以期为骨质疏松症、牙龋病和氟骨病的基础和临床研究提供文献依据。
Fluorine is one of the essential microelement of human body.There are close correlation in fluorine and life action of human,tooth and skeleton constitution metabolism.But the safety margin of fluorine is narrow,low fluorine and high fluorine will both induce bone disease.Therefore,it is important to explore the affect of fluorine on bone.This article reviews some aspects about fluorine on bone including its action on osteoblast(OB),osteoclast,bone mineralization and tooth in order to provide document basis for preclinical and clinical study of osteoporosis(OP),dental caries and osteofluorosis.
