国内外产后抑郁症心理疗法的研究进展

摘要 产后抑郁症（postpartum depression,PPD）是指产妇在产褥期无明显诱因出现的易激动、烦躁、抑郁及悲伤哭泣等异常精神状态,多在产后2周内发病,产后4～6周症状明显,以情感或心境持续低落为特征的一组精神障碍,可伴有思维和行为改变及躯体症状〔1〕。国外调查表明,
