热活化与机械力活化对煤矸石胶凝性的影响 被引量:20

摘要 用X射线衍射(XRD)、热分析(TG-DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)等方法,研究了热活化、机械力活化及未活化煤矸石水泥的胶凝性能.结果表明,热活化能显著改善煤矸石的胶凝性,对热活化煤矸石再进行机械力活化能进一步提高其胶凝性;活化煤矸石可为熟料水化产物的形成提供成核基点从而加快熟料早期的水化;煤矸石水泥浆体中Ca(OH)_2含量由熟料析出Ca(OH)_2与煤矸石吸收Ca(OH)_2的能力"竞争"决定.此外,煅烧煤矸石中活性Al的存在,会增加水化产物中钙矾石(AFt)的含量.分析指出,热活化是煤矸石活化的必要条件,而机械力活化是其充分条件. Heat activated,mechanical force activated coal gangue were used to produce coal gangue cements (CGC).The cementitious properties of CGC were investigated by XRD,TG-DSC and SEM.Results show that the cementitious performance of gangue is greatly improved through the heat activation.The cementitious performance of CGC can be further improved if the mechanical force activation method is employed to activate the heat activated coal gangue.The activated coal gangue provides the base point of nucleation to form hydration products of clinker,thereby accelerates the earlier hydration of the clinker in CGC.The content of Ca(OH)2 in CGC is determined by the competition between the precipitation from the clinker and the absorption of the coal gangue.In addition,the active Al existing in the calcined coal gangue can increases the content of AFt in the hydration products.In summary,heat activation is necessary condition for activation of the coal gangue,and mechanical force activation based on the heat activation is sufficient condition to improve its activity.
