老化沥青热再生有效再生率检测方法 被引量:27

Proposed Testing Procedure for Estimation of Effective Recycling Ratio of Aged Asphalt in Hot Recycling Technical Conditions

摘要 基于对流传质理论分析了沥青路面热再生过程中老化沥青与新沥青、再生剂的混溶机理,认为老化沥青预热温度、再生剂扩散能力以及再生沥青混合料拌和时间是影响老化沥青有效再生率的重要因素.设计提出了能够良好模拟实际热再生工艺条件的老化沥青有效再生率检测方法,试验分析了老化沥青预热温度、再生剂添加与否、再生沥青混合料拌和时间对老化沥青有效再生率的影响.试验结果验证了所设计检测方法的可行性,据此可为老化沥青再生效果的评价以及老化沥青热再生工艺条件的设计提供有利依据. Based on the convective mass transfer theory,the mechanism of mixing of aged asphalt,new asphalt and recycling agent in asphalt pavement hot recycling projects was studied.It was deemed that the heating temperature of aged asphalt,the diffusing capability of recycling agent and the mixing time of recycling asphalt mixture could have important influence on the effective recycling ratio of aged asphalt.Therefore, a testing procedure well simulating the real technical conditions to estimate the effective recycling ratio of aged asphalt was designed.And the influences of heating temperature of aged asphalt,using recycling agent or not and mixing time of recycling asphalt mixture on the effective recycling ratio of aged asphalt were studied.Based on the test results,the feasibility of the new testing procedure is proved.It will be helpful for the evaluation of recycling effect of aged asphalt and the design of hot recycling technical conditions.
