摘要
采用新型低温低碱练漂剂QR对全棉和涤棉织物进行冷轧堆短流程前处理试验,探讨了堆置温度和时间对织物白度和毛效的影响,并与传统退煮漂工艺进行比较。全棉织物冷轧堆工艺为:练漂剂QR40 g/L,双氧水8-15 g/L,堆置温度40℃,时间16h,或室温堆置24h。结果表明,毛效和白度均优于传统工艺或与之相当;涤棉织物视要求还可降低助剂用量和缩短堆置时间。
CPB pretreatment of cotton and T/C fabric is carried out with ing agent QR. Influences of dwelling temperature and time on capillary that the optimum CPB pretreatment process for cotton is scouring 8 - 15 g/L,and dwelling at 40 ℃ for 16 h or room temperature for 24 h. a novel low temperature low alkali scouring and bleach- effect and whiteness are discussed. The results show and bleaching agent QR 40 g/L, hydrogen peroxide Capillary effect and whiteness of cotton fabric treated with CPB process are better than or similar to those with traditional process. Dosages of chemicals can be reduced and dwell- ing time can be shortened when the CPB pretreatment process is used for T/C fabric.
