摘要
设计一种基于三级正交铰杆增力机构的气动夹具,分析其工作原理,给出机构的增力系数和夹具输出力的计算公式。该夹具利用正交铰杆机构的角度效应,对气缸的输入力进行三次放大,增力效果明显,技术性能较为完善,克服了气压传动夹具因压力较低导致夹紧力不大的缺点,可在一定范围内代替容易产生环境污染的液压传动夹具,绿色化特征突出。
Based on the three staged orthogonal toggle force-amplifier, a new kind of pneumatic clamping device was designed. Its working principle was introduced, and the relevant formula of force increasing coefficient as well as the output force was presented. By using the angle effect of orthogonal toggle mechanism, the input force of cylinder can be increased thrice which results to a significant force increase effect and perfect technology performance. This environment-friendly mechanism can overcome the shortcoming of traditional pneumatic fixture for the low pressure which leads to a small clamping force, and can replace the hydraulic fixture which prones to environmental pollution in a certain range.
