摘要
基于在pH 5.00的柠檬酸盐缓冲溶液中,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)可使莫西沙星(MXFX)-钇(Ⅲ)反应体系的荧光强度显著增敏,提出了荧光光度法测定牛奶中MXFX残留量的分析方法。在292nm(λ_(ex))及483nm(λ_(em))波长处,所测得的相对荧光强度与MXFX的质量浓度在50~800μg·L^(-1)范围内呈线性关系。方法的检出限(3σ)为46.2μg·L^(-1)。方法用于牛奶中MXFX的测定,测得方法的平均回收率为92.8%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)均小于3%。
Based on the sensitizing action of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB) on the fluorescence intensity emitted by the reaction system of moxifloxacin(MXFX) and Y(Ⅲ) in a citrate buffer solution of pH 5.00, a fluorophotometric method for determination of residual amount of MXFX in milk was proposed.Linear relationship was found between values of average relative fluorescence intensity.I_f measured at wavelengths of 292 nm(λ_(ex)) and 483 nm(λ_(em)) and concentration of MXFX in the range of 50-800μg·L^(-1).Limit of detection (3σ) found was 46.2μg·L^(-1).The proposed method was used in the determination of MXFX in samples of milk, giving values of average recovery of 92.8%,and of RSD's(n= 5) less than 3%.
